July 26, 2017 <br /> PURCHASE — SEATING FOR THE EVERETT PERFORMING ARTS <br /> CENTER <br /> Authorize the purchase of seating for the Everett Performing Arts <br /> Center through National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance <br /> contract from Irwin Seating Company in the amount of $164,633.05 <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Council Member Murphy recused himself from any discussion or action on <br /> this item. He stated that he serves as chairman of the board of directors of <br /> the Community Foundation of Snohomish County, which is providing a <br /> portion of the funding for the seating. <br /> President Tuohy stated that this item will be moved to the August 9, 2017, <br /> City Council meeting. No action was taken due to lack of a quorum. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1707-28 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge," Fund 303, Program 103, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 3413-14 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1707-28. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Moore, Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3556-17 adopted <br /> 248 <br />
