The Security Deposit may be refunded either in full or part minus any expenses for damages, losses, cleaning expenses,extra rental time, moving and rearranging charges of owner's furniture& accessories,special contractor charges, unapproved building usage,extraordinary maintenance or repairs and security charges deemed necessary after inspection within ten days after the event. HET will provide detail of the charges against the Security Deposits and any charges in excess of the Security Deposit will be billed to User. Failure to make any attempts to pay additional costs will result in denial of future facility booking requests, attachment of any other security deposits already paid and possible litigation. • If for any reason,whether or not beyond the control of the owners,the hall is not available for your event;your sole remedy will be to have all rental fees and deposits refunded to you. 19
