7 <br /> • E-Tix is the exclusive ticketing agent for all events at The Historic Everett Theatre.Tickets for your <br /> event will be available at The Historic Everett Theatre box office,at etix.com, and charge by phone. <br /> •A 3%fee will be assessed on all tickets purchased with a credit card at The Historic Everett Theatre Box <br /> office for your event. <br /> •The total balance is due the day of your event. <br /> General Information - <br /> •There is no smoking allowed in the building(theater, lobby, bathrooms,stage,etc...) <br /> • Any expenses incurred by The Historic Everett Theatre for catering,advertising, backline, barricade, <br /> passes,towels, risers,extra staffing, etc.will be added to the rental bill. <br /> •The Historic Everett Theatre production manager is Brian Olson.All production questions,day of show <br /> arrangements,scheduling, etc. must be set up through Brian. He can be reached at 206-852-6992. <br /> • No open flame of any kind is allowed on the stage or anywhere in The Historic Everett Theatre. <br /> •There will be an additional$200.00 cleaning charge for any show using confetti or any other substance <br /> like confetti. <br /> •The Historic Everett Theatre requires prior approval for all decorations and banners. <br /> •The Historic Everett Theatre capacity is 800.Any complimentary tickets issued will reduce this <br /> capacity. <br /> CANCELLATION <br /> Either party may cancel this contract up to seven months prior to the event date, in which event the <br /> entire Rental Fee shall be refunded in full.The User may cancel this Contract between seven months and <br /> three months prior to the event date,in which event fifty percent of the entire Rental Fee is forfeit. If <br /> the User cancels within three months prior to the event date,the entire Rental Fee will be forfeited. <br /> Incidental charges relating to the execution of the rental agreement will be deducted from any deposits <br /> refunded. If HET must cancel this contract prior to the date of the event all Rental Fee and Security <br /> Deposit will be refunded. <br /> BUILDING COSTS AND HEATING <br /> The cost of repairing the equipment provided by HET such as, but not limited to; heating and lights, light <br /> boards,sound and other equipment that is solely owned by Theatre other equipment on the premises <br /> will fall upon the renter that damaged said equipment.All property shall be inspected and signed off on <br /> prior to occupancy for each rental period to assure proper working order. <br /> Tenants Obligation to Repair and Maintain.Tenant shall, at its own expense, at all times keep the <br /> Premises in good repair and attractive condition and maintained.
