il r RESOLUTION NO. 7/ O f A RESOLUTION amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, Section 20, Subsection 120, 1 to encompass an area east of 109th Street SE (Larsen Road) between 7th Avenue S.E. and Interstate 5, north of 112th Street S.E. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on May 25, 1983, the Planning (Commission held a public hearing regarding establishing the Comprehensive Plan designation for the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after reviewing the Planning ommission recommendation at public hearings on June 8, 1983, and July 13, 983, as required by R.C.W. 35.13.170, that Single Family Residential land ses are compatible with the surrounding community; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a Notice of Intention to Annex to ,the City of Everett for the property is pending before the Snohomish County oundary Review Board; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a Comprehensive Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Comprehensive Plan designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that: 1. The Comprehensive Plan designation of Single Family Residential, 6 dwelling units per gross acre, are hereby adopted for the described property (see Attachment "A"). 2.
