VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept <br /> secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is <br /> repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br /> VII. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs III, IV, V, and VI above are not <br /> complied with, the City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and <br /> proceed to cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the <br /> property and/or its owners. <br /> VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal <br /> from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal <br /> must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City <br /> of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this <br /> Notice and Order. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an <br /> administrative hearing and determination of the matter. <br /> IX.
