12. Pedestrian improvements and bus pull-outs are provided for in <br /> • Recommendations 7 and 8. Mitigation of impacts on the School District <br /> facilities should be considered at the time individual development proposals <br /> are reviewed. <br /> 13. Individual development proposals should be reviewed to identify specific <br /> impacts and mitigation measures as they affect other internal and adjacent <br /> II <br /> property. <br /> 14.
