Please review and respond to the <br /> comments below. Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All <br /> required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structures will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings <br /> submitted for revisions. <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review <br /> sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If <br /> the revisions are coming directly from the blue-printer, please make arrangements with them to <br /> print two replacement sets. <br /> General <br /> 1. Previous comment.- Please indicate the area under tenant improvement, and the <br /> occupancy calculations on sheet G1.1 on permit B1701-027, similar to what was <br /> submitted for permit B1701-014. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The ceiling detail should show a 2 inch angle at the wall, per the Northwest Ceiling <br /> Bureau details on document 401. <br /> 2. Safety glazing should be shown on all door and window elevations as required by IBC <br /> section 2406.4. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. The toilet rooms should have a clear floor space and turning space shown which does <br /> not overlap the entry door swing, per ICC-A117.1-2009 sections 603.2.1 and 603.2.2. <br /> Energy <br /> 1. Previous comment. For permit B1701-027, please indicate the prescriptive method of <br /> building envelope compliance on sheet G1.1, to include detailed R-Values of new or <br /> modified exterior walls, roof-ceiling cavities, man-doors and garage doors, per WSEC <br /> section C402.1. <br /> a. In addition to the prescriptive path, there is also a semi-heated path, which <br /> requires documentation on the plans for the intent for use and heating of the <br /> space in WSEC section C402.1.1.1.
