3.09 SLOPE FINISH <br /> A. Finish all slopes in accordance with the lines shown. The final slope surface shall be similar <br /> to that surface obtained by using a farm disk or harrow parallel to roadway and shall merge <br /> with the adjacent terrain without noticeable breaks, humps, or undulations. <br /> 3.10 TOPSOIL PLACEMENT <br /> 1 A. According to Section 02021 <br /> 3.11 SHRINKAGE AND MAINTENANCE <br /> A. Contractor shall be responsible for the stability of all embankments until final acceptance,and <br /> for replacing any portions which have become displaced due to carelessness or negligence <br /> or due to damage resulting from natural causes. <br /> ' 3.12 DISPOSAL <br /> A. Excess Material: Dispose of all excess material by removing from the project site. <br /> ' B. Unsuitable Material:All material that cannot be utilized in the construction shall be disposed <br /> of outside the project boundary. <br /> 3.13 PROOF ROLLING <br /> A. Construction disturbed paved areas within the project work site shall be proof rolled prior to <br /> placement of any embankment or imported borrow material. All soft spots as determined by <br /> ' Owner's Representative shall be sub-excavated and replaced as required.
