<br /> Bid Item 15 - Type 2 Saddle Manhole, 108-inch Diam. I
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each
<br /> Measurement for furnishing and installing Type 2 Saddle Manhole, 108-inch Diam., will be
<br /> per each, installed in conformance with the Contract Documents.
<br /> Payment for furnishing and installing Type 2 Saddle Manhole, 108-inch Diam., will be made
<br /> at the unit price bid per each, which will be complete compensation for all labor, equipment,
<br /> materials, hauling, locating all existing utilities and potholing in advance for horizontal and
<br /> vertical location, excavation, removal and disposal of waste material, placement and
<br /> compaction of foundation material, the manhole base with required saddle cut-outs and
<br /> stub, manhole barrel, manhole grade rings, manhole rungs or ladder, manhole frame and
<br /> cover, channeling the manhole, installation, final adjustment of structure to grade,
<br /> appurtenances, connections to existing and new pipes, stockpile and placement of
<br /> subsequent backfill (native) materials, compaction, cleaning, temporary pavement patching,
<br /> etc. required to complete the Work in conformance with the Contract Documents. Select
<br /> imported backfill materials are included in other bid items.
<br /> Bid Item 16 - Type 1 Catch Basin
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each
<br /> Measurement for furnishing and installing Type-1 catch basin will be per each for each
<br /> Type-1 catch basin installed in conformance with the Contract Documents.
<br /> Payment for furnishing and installing Type-1 catch basin will be made at the unit price bid
<br /> per each, which will be complete compensation for all labor, equipment, materials, hauling,
<br /> locating all existing utilities and potholing in advance for horizontal and vertical location,
