Such policy(ies) shall provide the following minimum limit: <br /> $2,000;000 combined single limit I <br /> 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as required by <br /> the Industrial Insurance laws of the state of Washington. <br /> 1-07.18(5)D Coverage for Working On, Over, or Near Navigable Waters <br /> If this Contract involves Work on or adjacent to navigable water, as defined by the <br /> U.S. Department of Labor, then the Contractor shall provide proof of insurance 111 <br /> coverage in compliance with the statutory requirements of the U.S. Longshore and <br /> Harbor Workers' Compensation Act as administered by the U.S. Department of <br /> Labor. <br /> If the Contractor is working from barges or any other watercraft, owned or non- <br /> owned, the Contractor shall maintain Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance <br /> providing coverage for actions of the crew to third parties to the same limits stated 111 <br /> under 1-07.18(5)A of this section for Commercial General Liability Insurance. The <br /> Contractor shall also provide proof of insurance coverage in compliance with the <br /> statutory requirements of the Merchant Marine Act of 1920 (the "Jones Act").
