::*"7--1 <br /> 13 '`° 1LLQ{ TT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating special improvement project entitled "Police <br /> Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project", Fund 342, Program 020, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance <br /> 3481-16. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need for to restore the masonry at the <br /> Police Headquarters located at 3002 Wetmore Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a construction contract on July 6, 2016 to <br /> construct the Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a construction change order on November 9, <br /> 2016 approving additional work to be constructed for the Police Headquarters Masonry <br /> Restoration Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional funding from Capital Improvement Program 1 (CIP1) is needed <br /> to complete the Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 342, Program 020 <br /> entitled "Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project" to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 342, program 020, for the improvement project. <br /> 22 <br />
