This area has businesses and motels which have had narcotics activity
take place in them and in the surrounding area. 11400 Evergreen Way was the
location with the second highest number of drug arrest in the City
livP6e 1 1-1—#.• :, Sw`wayBNgl I -
•q.
fl '• yoy or •• Q
i '; i ' -- _
. .y, ,s,
4thAvoW •'. • ;q_' - e'2
1`&c' . I believe this area should remain a SODA area. This area
is part of a major arterial through the city. Crime analysis show that there have
been drug complaints and arrests in this area. The parking lots of the business
off of Rucker near 41St are very active with drug sales. ACT has partnered with
the Snohomish Regional Drug and Gang Taskforce to perform interdictions in
this area. We have observed drug transaction in these parking lots near
customers coming and going from the stores.
52
