T <br /> 4 -S. <br /> WHEREAS, the funding is to be shared 90% by the Sewer-Drainage Fund and 10% <br /> by the Water Distribution Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, that an emergency exists and that the City of Everett Operations and <br /> Maintenance Division including the Sewer-Drainage, Water, and Street Divisions , <br /> plus the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department, is authorized to <br /> perform necessary excavating, pipe installation, filling, compaction, and other <br /> work to protect Mukilteo Blvd. , B. N.
