Inspector onsite for Ultrasonic testing of repaired CJP welds at beam to column connections on east frame <br /> elevation, per S3.2/3, welds were excavated and re-welded with no relevant indications noted. <br /> 2. Visual inspection of fillet welds and bolting per S3.2/4,5 <br /> A325 bolts were installed in accordance with approved specifications <br /> ** Note <br /> Following deficiencies were noted at The column on southern end. <br /> 1. a anchor bolt broke off and contractor repaired by welding in a plate and drilling and epoxy a new anchor bolt. <br /> This was done without prior approval from engineer or special inspection of epoxy anchor. <br /> 2. Top beam top beam to column connection was altered due to hole alignment.
