s � J CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO . /?, 7 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to construct and install certain sewer improvements serving the Southwest Everett area of the City and to create a local improvement district to assess the cost and expense of carrying out such improvement against the property specially benefited thereby; and fixing the date, time and place for the public hearing on the formation of the proposed local improvement district. WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City and of the owners of the property within the proposed local improvement district that the City Council declare its intention to carry out the improvement described in this resolution and to create a local improvement district in connection therewith, and that a public hearing be held prior to ordering such improvement and establishing such local improvement district; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows: Section 1 . It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, to order the improvement of the property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, by the acquisition, construction and installation of sewage collection and interceptor lines, pump stations, manholes and appurtenances more specifically described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Such improvements shall include the acquisition of property ease- ments and rights-of-way necessary to carry out the above improvements. All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by CH2M Hill , consulting engineers of the City for such improvements.
