Such process may f 3 require entering the Property for one or more site visits prior to the actual abatement. 4 2.2.1.2 A contractor and City staff entering the Property and removing and 5 properly disposing of ALL discarded litter,junk,furniture,tires,household equipment,vehicle g 6 parts, articles of personal property and other similar items. 7 2.2.1.3 A Contractor and City staff entering the Property and removing and 8 properly disposing of ALL overgrown vegetation on the Property. Overgrown vegetation means 9 10 grass in excess of 12 inches, other vegetation taller than 42 inches that is not in a flower bed, and g 11 vegetation growing over a sidewalk and blocking pedestrian traffic. Removal of vegetation means i 12 the vegetation will be cut down to the ground and the remnants properly discarded. 13 2.2.1.4 A Contractor and City staff entering the Property and demolishing i 14 the house and lawfully disposing of the debris. Debris includes anything,including personal items, 15 in inside the house at the time of demolition. 16 2.2.1.5 A contractor and City staff disposing of ALL debris resulting from 17 the abatement of the nuisance conditions described in this Order by removing it from the Property 18 19 and taking the same to a disposal site selected by the contractor. 20 2.3 Other i 21 2.3.1 If the City's authorized representatives enter the Property and abate the 3 22 violations,Yost will be assessed all expenses incurred by the City. Such expenses may include, 23 but are not limited to, costs of abatement,administrative personnel costs,and actual expenses i 24 incurred by the City.
