A meeting has been scheduled for: <br /> Mondq,M�rch 25, 199�et 1:30pm in the 9th Nloor Conference Room of the <br /> Planning Department in the W�II Street Building on Wetmorc Avenue <br /> On September 29, 1989, the City issued a SEPA Threshold Determinetion(SEPA DNS N I 13-89) <br /> for the constivction of a 108 unit, one, two and three bedroom apartment complex (aka: <br /> �iclorian /'lace Ap!) on a 5.05 acre on the northeast corner of West Casino and l lth Drive <br /> West. The applicants, however, did not secure their building pertnit within the required time <br /> period and hence forfeited their building permit vesting rights. To re-activate this project the <br /> applicants are required to update the previous proposal to meet all required and epplicable current <br /> development codes and policies. They have expressed their desire to comply with all pertinent <br /> code requirements and work with Ciry staff to bring this project review to successful completion <br /> as soon as possible. <br /> The Planning Department has decided to schedulc this re-application meeting between the <br /> applicants and City steff to enable the applicants present their project's latest revisions and allow <br /> for collective City staff revicw and discussion of these revisions and other additional requirement <br /> that may apply ro this project <br /> Your attendance and participation in this mceting will bc most apprecinted sincc it will hclp <br /> expedite the review prceess for this project.
