The main ingress/egress to the project site will be from West <br /> Casino Road and I lth Drive West. 213 on-sitc pa�king stalls will be <br /> provided, 24 uf which are handicap stalls. A 1,600 square foot recreational <br /> building and a total of 20,086 square feet of open space areas are <br /> proposed. <br /> The applicant revised the proposal in order to meet all applicable <br /> requirements of the current Zoning Code including the City's <br /> Environmentally Sensitive Area regulations and Parking and Landscape <br /> standards, and to comply with the City's Interim Traffic Mitigation <br /> Ordinance. � <br /> Additionally, the applicant has agreed to mitigate potential school imracts <br /> with the Mukilteo School District.
