Tot lots should be located near apartment buildings and situeted for easy <br /> perental supervision. <br /> c. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190-220 degree wide angle viewers <br /> and single cylinder deadbolts with 1" throw and at least 3" screws securing striker <br /> plate. <br /> d. Bay windows should overlook parking lots for security of vehicles and tenants. <br /> e. Sliding glass doors should have Charlie Bars installed for optimum security. <br /> f. Mailboxes, centrally located, should be in highly visible ereas of the apartment. ' <br /> g. Garage should have (1) No windows, (2) Perimeter doors of solid core or metal <br /> with single cylinder deadbolts or secure with 3/8" case hardened steel hasps or <br /> chain and padlock with 1/2" case hardened stoel shackles. ! <br /> Garage vehicle doors should be metal or at least I/2" wood doors secured with <br /> above hasp or padlock or electronic doors with worm drive and dual frequency <br /> activation. <br /> h. Landscaping and shrubbery should be planted so it will not provide concealment <br /> possibilities and should be maintained/pruned down to 2'to 4'from the ground so a <br /> person cannot be concealed behind or beneath it. <br /> i.
