As you <br /> may or may not be aware, there were a lot of pieces that had to fall into place. We had <br /> to obtain a building permit in a timely fashion, and meet a number of very apecific ; <br /> requirements to accomplish our Federal/State financing. This financing included obtainmg ;; <br /> several low interest rate loans from various govemment agencies. All of this had to come 1 <br /> together no iater than September 15. <br /> The City of Everett, our staff, and many others put forth 120% effort to accomplish what <br /> appeared to be the impossible. Unfortunately, all of the pieces came into place with the <br /> exception of the low income loan from DCTED. As a result we aro going to have to stop <br /> work on this �roject and re-group. Our intent at this dme is to re-apply for the tax credits <br /> in 1995, but m the meantime the project is definitcly on hold. <br /> Again, thank you for your efforts and I'm sorry that we are not able to prceeed forward at <br /> lhis time but look forward to working with you on our other projects. <br /> Very wly yours; <br /> l '.����� C�' <br /> ,'. <br /> C.
