(1) Casino Road Initiative (2) City/YMCA of Snohomish County Potential Partnership Status Report. (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the public Access Agreement with the Port of Everett, in the form substantially provided. (4) CB 1705-26 — 1St Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to the Business Improvement Area (BIA), extending the term, modifying the special assessment levy, and approving a three-year budget, amending Ordinance No. 2842-05, as amended (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 6-14-17). CONSENT ITEMS: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,010,462.60 for the period of April 29, 2017 through May 5, 2017. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $6,917,004.98 for the period of March 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. ACTION ITEMS: (7) Adopt Resolution setting a public hearing before the City Council on June 14, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. to receive comments on the City's intent to extend the term of the Business Improvement Area, amend the special improvement levy for three additional years and approve a three-year budget.
