(9) CB 1705-23 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Violation of Court Orders, amending Ordinance No 1145-85 as amended. (EMC 10.13.025). (10) CB 1705-24 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Permitting Prostitution, amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1567-89, as amended. (EMC 10.24.130). (11) CB 1705-25 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Patronizing a Prostitute, amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1567-89, as amended. (EMC 10.24.140). (12) Adopt Resolution establishing Prohibited Areas related to areas of drug trafficking. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign contract with CORT Party Rentals for 4th of July Festival 2017 in the amount of $2925.57, including Washington State sales tax. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign contract with CORT Party Rentals for Sorticulture 2017 in the amount of $413.35, including Washington State sales tax. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services to allow the City to be reimbursed for Camp Patterson registration fees. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Promotional License Agreement with Everett Mall for transit outreach, at no cost to the City. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Affiliation Agreement with Central Washington University for the training of paramedic students, at no cost to the city.
