t2 <br /> ,:7117.7';* <br /> j J <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole source purchase of Fairbanks <br /> Nijhuis 20-inch VTSH Pump from Granich Engineered Products, Inc. <br /> WHEREAS,the City has established that this pump must meet specific design and performance <br /> requirements for use in a critical installation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Granich Engineered Products, Inc. is the only Washington State source for Fairbanks pumps; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT that <br /> because there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of supplying a Fairbanks Nijhuis 20-inch <br /> VTSH Pump; the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements and authorizes the purchase of this <br /> pump from Granich Engineered Products, Inc. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this day of , 2017. <br /> Council President <br /> 38 <br />
