5 <br /> • <br /> Commander (Operations section chief/deputy chief) <br /> Assistant Commander (Operations section chief/deputy chief) <br /> Public Information Officer <br /> Legal Advisor(s) <br /> Administrative/Training Manager <br /> Branch Directors (Investigations and Support Branches) <br /> Group Supervisors (Field Investigations, Lead Management, <br /> Search Operations, Victim Services, <br /> Technology Support, and Incident Support) • <br /> The ICART Commander and Assistant Commander are selected or approved by the <br /> ICART board. These positions shall be a Captain or Lieutenant (or equivalent rank) <br /> from a participant agency. The ICART Commander will designate one member as an <br /> Administrative/Training Manager and assign members as Branch Directors or Group <br /> Supervisors.Any member can be designated a Group Supervisor at the discretion of <br /> the (CART Commander. <br /> The (CART board is established under the Interagency Agreement. The 1CART Board <br /> consists of five voting members and one non-voting member. All board members are <br /> selected from the ICART Participant Agencies. The voting Board Members shall be: <br /> 1. The Snohomish County Sheriff(or designee) <br /> 2. The Everett Police Chief(or designee) <br /> 3. The WSP District 7 Captain (or designee) <br /> 4. A Chief of Police (or designee)from the municipalities in North and East <br /> Snohomish County. This Chief will be selected by a majority of the North and <br /> East County ICART Participants. <br /> 5. A Chief of Police (or designee)from the municipalities in South Snohomish <br /> County. This Chief will be selected by a majority of the South County ICART <br /> Participants. <br /> The non-voting Board Member shall be the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney • <br /> (or designee). <br /> Selection of Team Members <br /> Individuals from participant agencies meeting the following prerequisites are eligible for <br /> selection to ICART: <br /> Member Prerequisites <br /> 5 • <br /> 59 <br />
