Information gained from leads, canvass operations, and <br /> tip lines are a critical aspect of ICART operations. The Snohomish County WebEOC <br /> Leads Management System is the system utilized by ICART to intake, assign, track, <br /> and clear leads. <br /> • <br /> The Lead Management function of ICART will be supervised by the Lead Management <br /> Group Supervisor. If the.ECC is operational, the Lead Management Group will locate <br /> inside the ECC. Due to the importance of and the volume of information associated <br /> with these types of cases, it is imperative that proper and consistent procedures be <br /> followed regarding lead management. Some important aspects to consider when <br /> overseeing this function include: <br /> 1. It is critical to be able to intake, manage, retain, retrieve, analyze, and use <br /> information <br /> 2. It is critical for case information to be immediately available to appropriate <br /> investigative personnel on a continual and up-to-date basis <br /> 3. The Lead Management function should be the sole group responsible for <br /> receiving, processing and distributing tips and.leads <br /> 4. The Lead Management Group Supervisor should work closely with the Field <br /> Investigations Group Supervisor for review, prioritization, assignment, and follow <br /> up on leads <br /> 5. The Lead Management Group Supervisor should work closely with the Field <br /> Investigations Group Supervisor to ensure information gained through canvass <br /> operations is routed into the lead management system. <br /> 6. The Lead Management Group-Supervisor should work closely with the Search <br /> Operations Group Supervisor to ensure information gained through search <br /> operations is routed into the lead management system <br /> 7. Specific investigative personnel, as designated by the Field Investigations Group <br /> Supervisor, should review, prioritize, assign and follow up on assigned leads to <br /> completion . <br /> 8. Utilization of standardized forms for canvass operations and lead intake is <br /> recommended <br /> 9.
