(1) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary documents forgiving the HOME funds loaned by the City of Everett to the Housing Authority of the City of Everett for the purchase of the Twelve Pines Apartments in the amount of $950,000.00. (2) Adopt a Resolution adopting the Annual Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Update for 2018-2023. (Public hearing on 6-21-17). CONSENT ITEMS: (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,549,880.48 for the period of May 27, 2017 through June 2, 2017. (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,996,728.16 for the period ending May 27, 2017. (5) Authorize Call for Bids for the construction of the Portal 1 Replacement Project. (6) Authorize the closure of Oakes Avenue, 37th Street, Rockefeller Avenue, 39th Street and 38th Street on June 14, 2017, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for an Aqua Sox 5K Run. PUBLIC HEARING: (7) CB 1705-26 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to the Business Improvement Area (BIA), extending the term, modifying the special assessment levy, and approving a three-year budget, amending Ordinance No. 2842- 05, as amended.
