ACTION ITEMS: (8) Authorize the purchase of two 2017 Isuzu NRR cab-over chassis from State Contract 05916 in the amount of $122,306.78 including Washington State sales tax. (9) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Senator Patty Murray for lease of space in the Wall Street Building. (10) Approve the Western Display Fireworks, Ltd. Application for a public fireworks display on July 4, 2017 for the City of Everett Colors of Freedom Festival. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency regarding application, utilization and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2017 Port Security Grant Program in the amount of $251,929.00 plus matching funds of $83,988 for a total cost of $335,906.00 for a public safety vessel.
