� 0 <br /> 5. District shall keep the Pit area organized, clean and free of construction and other related <br /> debris. <br /> 6. Prior to leaving the Pit site,the District shall remove all equipment, debris or erosion <br /> control BMP's used throughout construction. Three discrete piles shall be left as follows: <br /> a. Fractured Rock <br /> b. Alluvium <br /> c. Native Material (returned from the cofferdam) <br /> 7. The project is also subject to Public Works Permit#PW 1510-013. The District and its <br /> contractors shall comply with the permit. In the event there is inconsistency between <br /> provisions the Public Works permit and the Road Use Permit/Facility Protection <br /> Agreement,the most stringent provision controls. <br /> Page 12 of 12 <br /> 53 <br />
