(17) CB 1707-28 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled, "Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge," Fund 303, Program 103, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 3413-14.
