I let Jim know that disabling the elevator could be a big problem, and that Ted would contact <br /> him this week to set up a site visit. <br /> The potential buyer's representative, Chris Packer, was also vague in his e-mail below mentioning several issues <br /> (mechanical, sprinklers, elevator). I asked if L and I was involved, and Chris Packer (who is working for the buyer) said no. Mr. Packer said <br /> that the residential units were occupied.
