I am working with the prospective owner, Cecilia White, regarding outstanding challenges with obtaining a certificate of occupancy. I have some questions as to where to go to find out exactly what is required, for example; ducting from the roof mount heating unit was removed that services one warehouse and many interior offices. what are the codes to meet air quality standards and provide heat to interior offices and bathroom ventilation? Do fire sprinklers need to be installed in the residences, does the elevator need to be operational etc. Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated as Ms. White is moving forward with the purchase and has a begin move in date 12/1/15.
