I need to inform you that the 2012 International Property <br /> Maintenance Code, Section 606.2 requires that the elevator be fully operational -except for maintenance. Please <br /> forward the repair schedule for the elevator to my office at your earliest convenience. The lack of an operational <br /> elevator may result in occupancy delays as well as condemnation of floors that are above grade level.
