Related to this priority, Council Member Roberts <br /> commented that one issue covered was associated with properties that <br /> are not well-maintained, and there is a move to legislatively address <br /> property maintenance. <br /> Council Member Tuohy also reported on her attendance at the Housing <br /> First forum on Monday evening, and she thanked the Mayor for his <br /> leadership on this project. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher also thanked the Mayor for bringing Mr. <br /> Pendleton to the Everett. She commented that she was unable to attend <br /> the recent Parks Board meeting, and that there will be one more Everett <br /> Parks & Recreation community listening session in the near future. <br /> Council Member Moore echoed gratitude to responders of yesterday's <br /> storm events.
