(8) Authorize the closure one lane of West Mukilteo Boulevard, between Mukilteo Lane and Shore Avenue, on August 26, 2017, 8 a.m. to noon for a 5K/10K run/walk, sponsored by Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. (9) Authorize the closure of Colby Avenue between 7th Street and 25th Street and Wetmore Avenue between 24th Street and 25th Street on August 26, 2017, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., for the 5th Annual Everett Bubble Run, and authorize the closure of various blocks on Wetmore Avenue and Colby Avenue (map attached) on Friday, August 25, 2017, 8 a.m. through August 26, 2017, 4 p.m. ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to the Grant Agreement with State of Washington Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation for the Downtown Building Assessment and Public Workshop for an additional $1,000 in funding and extending the grant period to August 31, 2018. (11) Adopt a Resolution placing the Bank of Everett Building (Cope Gillette Theatre) at 2730 Wetmore Avenue on the Everett Register of Historic Places. (12) CB 1707-34— 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance granting permission to Lynch Industrial Park, LLC for an overhead covered walkway across Wetmore Avenue, between Blocks 666 and 667, Plat of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, approximately sixteen (16) feet south of California Street; and specifying the conditions under which this permission is granted. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Easement Agreement with the Port of Everett for water utilities on Lots 2 and 4 at Riverside Industrial Park. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Temporary Easement to the Port of Everett for disposal of Snohomish River dredge material onto City property. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Police Headquarters Masonry Cleaning and Repair Change Order No. 2 for additional work required to correct unforeseen conditions in existing masonry, in the amount of $10,480.00 plus Washington State sales tax. (16) Authorize the purchase of seating for the Everett Performing Arts Center through National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance contract from Irwin Seating Company in the amount of $164,63105 including Washington State sales tax. (17) Approve the purchase of one 2017 North Star 171-1 Medic Unit from the Bainbridge Island Fire Department contract with Braun Northwest in the amount of $196,625.18 including Washington State sales tax. (18) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Advisicon, Inc. for migration to SharePoint Online and Project online in an amount not to exceed $70,000.00
