(19) Authorize the Mayor to sign Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Law Enforcement Services contract for services at the Lake Chaplain Tract. (20) CB 1707-33 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled "Hawthorne Elementary Safe Routes to School," Fund 303, Program 097, as established by Ordinance No. 3316-13. (21) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with the Sazan Group for Engineering Design and Construction Assistance Services of the Water Filtration Plant Emergency Generator Replacement, in the amount of $853,580.00. (22) Award contract for the construction of Portal 1 Replacement Project to the Stellar Corporation in the amount of $765,372.51, including Washington State sales tax. (23) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Reid Middleton Inc. for the Puget Sound Outfall No. 6 Reroute Project extend the date of completion to December 31,2017 for engineering services. (24) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Government Agreement regarding In-Service Training Sessions to add the Stillaguamish Tribe as a party to the Agreement at no cost to the City.
