The detached accessory building is not to be occupied for residential purposes <br /> unless permitted by an amendment to the zoning code and required permits for <br /> the conversion to a dwelling unit are secured by the owner. <br /> F. Owner shall obtain all permits required by the Building Services Department, <br /> prior to the commencement of any work. <br /> All of the conditions (2A-2F) must be completed by June 3, 2011. It is recognized that <br /> some of these conditions have been satisfied at the time of this decision. <br /> 3. The Respondent is fined $1,500.00 for these violations. $1,300.00 of the fine is <br /> suspended based upon the successful completion of Items 1 and 2 above. The <br /> remaining $200.00 balance of the fine is payable to the Everett City Clerk's Office, <br /> located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite #100, Everett, WA 98201, no later than <br /> January 17, 2011. If at any time during the effective period of this Order, a violation <br /> is found of any of the listed Applicable Laws set forth in this Order, the remaining <br /> balance of the fine shall become due immediately. <br /> 4. If payment is not made on or before the date due, collection action will be taken, <br /> which may include assigning the debt to a collection agency pursuant to RCW <br /> 1.16.500. <br /> 5. The Respondent shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC 1.20.020 or any <br /> ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in <br /> Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, <br /> for the next twenty-four (24) months. If the Property of found to be in violation during <br /> this time period, the suspended portion of the fine will be due immediately. <br /> 6. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> 7. If the Respondent fails to abate the identified violations as directed by this Order, the <br /> City of Everett is authorized to undertake and complete the abatement in <br /> conformance with the provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 1.20, at the <br /> full expense of the owner and the City may act without further order or direction of <br /> the Violations Hearing Examiner. <br /> 8 <br />
