Work of the Project includes construction of 36-inch diameter steel pipe for potable water, 8- inch diameter air/vac valve, installation of City provided 36-inch diameter pressure sustaining valve within in Contractor provided cast-in-place concrete vault,four 36-inch diameter butterfly valves, two connections to existing 51-inch steel potable water pipeline, provide 4-inch diameter flanged outlet, for future insertion meter, within precast manhole, cover and access hatch, provide 120/240V electrical power to vault along with conduit raceways between existing vault and the new Owner furnished PSV as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Project Manual. I1.3 OWNER-FURNISHED PRODUCTS A. Owner's Responsibilities: ' 1. Arrange for and deliver Owner-reviewed Shop Drawings to Contractor. 2. Arrange and pay for delivery to storage site. 3. Upon delivery, inspect products jointly with Contractor. 4. Submit claims for transportation damage and replace damaged, defective, or deficient items. 5. Arrange for manufacturers'warranties,inspections,and service. B. Contractor's Responsibilities: 1. Review Owner-reviewed Shop Drawings. 2. Provide equipment to load PRV on appropriate transport vehicle at Owner's storage site at 8600 10`h Avenue West and deliver to Site. Inspect for completeness or damage jointly ' with Owner both at loading site and when unloaded at project Site. 3. Handle, store,install,and finish products.
