Maintenance. <br /> PART 2-PRODUCTS-Not Used <br /> PART 3 -EXECUTION , <br /> 3.1 ALTERATION PROCEDURES , <br /> A. Designated areas of existing facilities will be occupied for normal operations during progress of <br /> construction. Cooperate with Owner in scheduling operations to minimize conflict and to permit <br /> continuous usage. <br /> 1. Perform Work not to interfere with operations of occupied areas. <br /> 2. Keep utility and service outages to a minimum and perform only after written approval of <br /> Owner. <br /> 3. Clean Owner-occupied areas daily. Clean spillage, overspray, and heavy collection of <br /> dust in Owner-occupied areas immediately. <br /> B. Remove debris and abandoned items from area and from concealed spaces. <br /> C.
