Provide temporary electric feeder from existing building electrical service at location as directed <br /> by Owner. Do not disrupt Owner's use of service. <br /> C. Provide power outlets with branch wiring and distribution boxes located as required for <br /> construction operations. Provide suitable, flexible power cords as required for portable <br /> construction tools and equipment. ' <br /> D. Permanent convenience receptacles shall not be used during construction. <br /> 1.3 TEMPORARY LIGHTING FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES <br /> A. Provide and maintain adequate lighting for construction operations. , <br /> 1.4 COMMUNICATION SERVICES <br /> A. Telephone Service: Provide, maintain, and pay for telephone service to field office at time of <br /> Project mobilization and until completion of Work. <br /> B. Internet Service: Provide, maintain, and pay for broadband Internet service to field office at , <br /> time of Project mobilization. Provide desktop computer with Microsoft operating system and <br /> appropriate office function software,modem, and printer. <br /> 1.5 TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br /> A. Owner will pay cost of temporary water. Exercise measures to conserve energy. Use Owner's 1 <br /> existing water system, extended and supplemented with temporary devices as needed to <br /> maintain specified conditions for construction operations. <br /> B. Extend branch piping with outlets located so that water is available by hoses with threaded <br /> connections.Provide temporary pipe insulation and heat tape to prevent freezing. <br /> 1.6 TEMPORARY SANITARY FACILITIES <br /> A. Provide and maintain required facilities and enclosures. Existing facility use is not permitted. ' <br /> Provide facilities at time of Project mobilization. <br /> B. At end of construction, return existing facilities used for construction operations to same or <br /> better condition as original condition. <br /> 1.7 FIELD OFFICES AND SHEDS <br /> A.
