1 CITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON SPECIFICATIONS FOR THREE LAKES VALVE BYPASS WO NO. -UP3611 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Three Lakes Valve Bypass will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 151 Floor Wall Street Building,2930 Wetmore,Everett,Washington 98201,until 2:00 p.m.on Tuesday,August 8,2017. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the 8th floor hearing room at the Wall Street Building. The engineer's estimate for this Project is$980,000. This project provides about 200 lineal feet of 36-inch diameter welded steel bypass piping and an Owner provided 36-inch pressure sustaining valve installed within a cast-in-place concrete vault for the City of Everett's 51-inch diameter steel I Transmission Line Number 5. Work required is indicated on the project drawings and described in further detail in Section 01 10 00—Summary.
