August 30, 2017 <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reminded the public that the International <br /> Overdose Awareness Day Candlelight Vigil will take place tomorrow, <br /> August 31, 7 p.m., at Thornton A. Sullivan Park at Silver Lake. <br /> President Tuohy reminded the public that schools starts next week and <br /> encouraged everyone to drive carefully and to watch out for kids. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> Council President Tuohy announced that Action Items 12 and 13 were <br /> moved to the Council Briefing Agenda and the action on these items will be <br /> taken on September 6. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Cheryl Hensley, Everett, spoke about homelessness and drugs. <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about his e-mail correspondence with Everett <br /> Police Department and the Attorney General's Office. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate change and Hurricane <br /> Harvey. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Council Member Murphy left the Council Chambers at 6:47 p.m. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement with <br /> Snohomish County Health District, in substantially the form as <br /> 291 <br />
