November 4, 2015 <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1510-46 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "41st Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements," <br /> Fund 303, Program 091, and repealing Ordinance No. 3241-11 <br /> Presented by Ryan Sass, Public Works <br /> Charlene Rawson, Everett, thanked the City staff for the design <br /> improvements. <br /> Grand Avenue Pedestrian Bridge update <br /> Presented by Heather Griffin, Public Works <br /> President Bader stated that the "Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st <br /> Century Act," Title 23, United States Code, includes a requirement of <br /> public notification when a transportation project will affect a park or <br /> recreation area.
