November 10, 2015 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on his trip to Dallas area to look at <br /> the structure and financing of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit system <br /> (DART). He reported on his participation at the National League of Cities <br /> conference last week. Council Member Roberts also provided a brief <br /> legislative update. <br /> Council Member Tuohy spoke about her participation at the National <br /> League of Cities conference. <br /> Council Member Gipson commented on his participation at the 5th Annual <br /> Ernie Dunton Memorial International Table Tennis Tournament hold at the <br /> Carl Gipson Senior Center last week. <br /> Council Member Moore expressed his respect to all the veterans and <br /> suggested to update the city war memorial to reflect new wars and <br /> conflicts. <br /> Vice President Murphy announced that he will be attending the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. He <br /> also reminded the public that in observance of Veterans Day tomorrow, <br /> the city offices will be closed. Vice President Murphy thanked all the <br /> veterans for their service. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 30 minutes, concerning a potential litigation matter pursuant to <br /> RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(b)(c). <br /> 368 <br />
