4 <br /> • The City Construction Manager will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all construction <br /> progress meetings and preparing minutes of the meetings. Construction progress meetings will be <br /> held biweekly(every other week). Subconsultant will only attend the meetings when requested by the <br /> Construction Manager. <br /> • BHC will prepare a description of operations to supplement the contractor's Operations and <br /> Maintenance Manual. The description of operations will be limited in length to approximately 5 pages <br /> and will focus on the unique operating aspects of the each pump station. The description of <br /> operations will not meet the requirements for an Operations and Maintenance Manual as described <br /> by Washington Administrative Code 173-240-080,or as described in the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology's Criteria for Sewage Works Design. <br /> • Record drawings will not be provided under this scope of work.
