, r <br /> //-..m/71 <br /> • <br /> Y _J <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating the special construction fund entitled "Main <br /> Library Window Replacement Project", Fund 342, Program 019, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance <br /> No. 3492-16. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to replace the existing wood <br /> windows located at 2702 Hoyt Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional funding from Capital Improvement Program 1 is needed to <br /> complete the Main Library Window Replacement Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund 342, Program 019 <br /> entitled "Main Library Window Replacement Project" to accumulate the design and <br /> construction costs required to replace the existing wood windows. <br /> Section 2: Authorization is hereby granted to the Facilities/Property Management <br /> Director under the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for <br /> conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to accomplish the actions <br /> authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3: The sum of $398,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 019 <br /> "Main Library Window Replacement Project". <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Design $ 28,175 <br /> Construction 369,825 <br /> Total $ 398,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 1 $ 398,000 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to <br /> year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplishedor <br /> abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> 126 <br />
