The Community Prosecutor grant was tracked in this fund from 2002 through 2005.The City no longer receives funding for this program. The employees and other expenses for these two programs have been added to the Legal Budget for 2006. The Demolition and Abatement program was tracked in this fund from 2001 through 2005.This program has now been transferred to Fund 009 - Non-Departmental General Fund expenditures. This amendment transfers a net amount of$90,049 from Fund 115 to the General Fund. The three items donated include the Mike Jordan sculpture, "Simple Song" by Kevin Pattelle located next to the Everett Performing Arts Center; the sculpture on Colby, "Along Colby" by Georgia Gerber; and the water sculpture, "Fibonacci" by Pam Horn, at the Evergreen Arboretum at Legion Park.
