September 13, 2017 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., September 13, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Franklin, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Bader was expected to be a few minutes late. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 6, 2017, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no report. <br /> COUNCIL • <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a report from his attendance at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board and the Park Board meetings. <br /> Council Member Bader entered council chambers at 6:33 p.m. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a report from the Cultural Arts <br /> Commission meeting and a liaison report from the Riverside Neighborhood <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated the General Government Subcommittee <br /> will begin discussing a facility for Public Works at future meetings. <br /> Council Member Bader provided an update from the Puget Sound Regional <br /> Council Growth Management Policy Board. He also provided his liaison <br /> report from the Riverside Neighborhood meeting. <br /> President Tuohy stated that action items number 7 and 8 on the agenda will <br /> be moved to consent items. <br /> 308 <br />
