September 13, 2017 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 10 minutes, concerning a legal matter pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110 (1) (i) (c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about a police matter. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate change. <br /> J.T. Dray, Everett, spoke about the Everett Transit Development Plan and <br /> annual report. <br /> COUNCIL BREIFING AGENDA: <br /> City/YMCA of Snohomish County partnership update <br /> Presented by Paul Kaftanski, Administration <br /> Ted Wenta, YMCA Chief Operations Officer, presented Jan Woebke and <br /> Chris Luscher, both of Everett, who both spoke about how a partnership <br /> would benefit the City and residents. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued regarding fees, accessibility for low- <br /> income residents, capacity for residents vs. YMCA members, funding, the <br /> proposed timeline for completion, and operational hours. <br /> 309 <br />
