EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The purpose of this contract is to provide profedssional hazardous materials abatement design and oversight prior <br /> and durning demolition of the duplex building located at 9425 Holly Drive, Everett, Washington. <br /> The scope of services for this project are to provide during the project design phase to provide drawing and <br /> specifications, and during the construction phase to provide abatement surveillance and monitoring. Surveillance <br /> and monitoring includes delivery of a final closeout report to the City of Everett at the completion of abatement and <br /> upon receipt of all the final submittals from the General Contractor.
