Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested (NOTE: you may pick up the plans from this office and take <br /> them to the Engineer to have them wet-stamped). <br /> 1. Provide Engineers "Wet Stamp" on construction drawings. Engineer to verify that the <br /> plans are consistent with the Engineering Calculations. <br /> 2. Provide detail of lateral connection at the new beams on top of the existing garage <br /> walls. Specify beam size, species and grade. <br /> 3. Specify which Whole-House Ventilation System from Section M1507.3 of the <br /> International Residential Code (IRC) you are proposing to use. Include the specific code <br /> section text for the option chosen, do not simply reference the code section. Include the <br /> text for Sections "M1507.3.2 Controls And Operation"and "M1507.3.5 Whole-house <br /> ventilation integrate with a forced-air system" on the construction drawings. <br /> 4. Revise site plan to reflect actual shape of the site. <br /> 5.
